Obituary of Henry Buck
BUCK - Henry E.
99 years, 346 days, formerly of Cheektowaga,
passed away on June 14,
2017, in Rochester. Predeceased by
his wife, Jean. Henry was active in all
aspects of Cheektowaga life, from politics,
school board, Historical Society,
Senior Center, to founding the Get Off
Your Seat Program, and was named
Outstanding Cheektowaga Citizen in
1989. Henry is survived by his children,
Paul (Mary), Kenneth (Arlene),
and Diane (David) Moore; four grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
Services will be held on July 3, at
Queen of Martyrs Church in Cheektowaga,
at 11 AM. Interment St. Stanislaus
Cemetery. Memorials can be
made to Society of St. Vincent DePaul,
1298 Main St. Buffalo, NY 14209,
where Henry was a former President.
