Obituary of John C. Battey-Sipes

John (JC) Sipes passed away peacefully on February 23,2019 at the age of 82. Predeceased by Marcia Battey-Sipes, his wife of 35 years. Survived by his children Marc (Barb Worden) Sipes, Kent (Sue) Sipes, DeLynn (Johnny) Young, Dirk (Barbara) Sipes, stepson Ben Siudara, 8 grandchildren, and 5 great grandchildren. Also survived by his siblings Ward (Bonnie) Sipes, Paul (MaryJo) Sipes and Betty Jo (Jack) Lawrence. There will be no calling hours and a private burial will take place in the spring.
