Obituary of Kenneth Davis Marshall

Kenneth D. Marshall

Hamlin, NY    Passed away unexpectedly Tuesday September 5, 2017 at age 65. He was born in Welch, WV on October 21, 1951. He is the son of late Allen Marshall and Opal Workman.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Keith Marshall, and sister Hallie Marshall. He is survived by 2 Brothers Ruben(Karen) of Keyser, WV and Luther(Renta) Marshall of Florence , Oregon and Sister Alana Marshall of Lawndale, North Carolina. He is survived by his loving wife of 25 years, Pamela;  Two sons, Eric(Tina)Marshall of Martinsburg, WV; Joshua (Joanne) Marshall of Brockport, NY; Daughter, Ashley Marshall of Hamlin, NY and Three Grandchildren.

His wish for cremation was held on Friday September 8, 2017 at Mt. Hope Cemetery. A celebration of Life memorial service will be planned, and held at a later date to be announced. Condolences can be given to the family via  Pamela at PO Box 33 Hamlin, NY 14464-0033. In lieu of condolences offered in the form of gifts or flowers for the family of Ken, it was his wish that contributions be made to the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation (at www.diabetesresearch.org), the American Heart Association (at www.donatenow.heart.org), West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind in Romney, WV (contributions can be made by mail -- 301 East Main Street Romney, West Virginia 26757), and/or Donate Life (contributions can be made by mail -- UR-Finger Lakes Donor Corporate Woods, Suite 220, Rochester, NY 14623) or by enrolling in your local organ donation program. For any contributions made in Ken's name, please place "Ken" in the memo line.
