Rochester: September 15, 2017. Joel’s life was committed to his family, work and golf, passions that were interrupted far too early by the devastating effects of dementia. Besides the devoted care of his wife Linda and son Rick, Joel was fortunate to have had many compassionate caretakers and supporters who helped to provide meaning and dignity to his life throughout his long illness. He is survived by his wife, his children and grandchildren.
