Obituary of Robert J. Klem

ROCHESTER - Our dear friend “Klemie” was received into paradise on April 18, 2018 at the age of 96. He was predeceased by his parents, William and Henrietta (Forster) Klem; brothers, Richard, William and Rev. Leo J. Klem, CSB. Also predeceased by his close family friend of over 45 years, Sharon Stiegman. He is survived by his devoted lifelong friends and caregivers, Donald and Mary Margaret Foley. He was blessed by the loving friendship of Maria Carrone, Gabriella Rood and their children, Jackson and Ella Rood and the loving friendship of Carol Baran, Rose Ann Hannan and Dr. Susan Rabaut. He was a graduate of Aquinas Institute and then served his country as a Medic during WWII. He is a retiree of the United States Postal Service. He was an avid traveler and ventured to many exotic locations around the globe. He was a loving and caring man who touched many lives and will be dearly missed.
